The dataset is built by systematically aggregating data from multiple live public sources - UK dealer listing platforms, dealer websites, the FCA register, and Companies House. All data points are gathered from publicly available sources and verified against official records where possible.
How accurate is it?+
FCA numbers and Companies House data are verified against official sources. Forecourt size, pricing, and contact details are collected from live dealer listings and dealer websites. Finance opportunity figures are calculated estimates based on stock size and average vehicle pricing - they are indicators to help prioritise outreach, not guaranteed figures.
How is the dataset delivered?+
The dataset is delivered as both a structured Excel and CSV file within 48 hours of your order. Custom filtered lists are delivered within 72 hours. Quarterly refresh subscribers receive updated files automatically each quarter.
What is the difference between CFO and SFO?+
Customer Finance Opportunity (CFO) is an estimate of the annual finance volume a dealer could generate for a lender offering finance directly to customers. Stock Funding Opportunity (SFO) is an estimate of the stock funding facility a dealer may require from a stocking finance provider. Both are calculated from forecourt size and average vehicle pricing.

Yes - dealer monitoring is available as an add-on, primarily for stocking finance providers. We track changes in forecourt size, stock value, and pricing signals on a monthly basis and flag dealers showing significant changes that may indicate financial distress.
